At the CODA camp hosted by the Turkish Confederation of the Deaf, Kocaeli Sports Club for the Deaf and Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality on 27-29 January 2023, the local partners of EDUSIGN & SIGNEDU organized events and meetings for CODAs and hearing impaired individuals.

During the events, Dr. Ülkü Kölemen from Istinye University made an introduction presentation for EDUSIGN & SIGNEDU Project and Prof. Ayşe Şirin Okyayuz from Hacettepe University made a presentation titled "Media Accessibility to Translation for Deaf and Hearing Impaired People". Banu Türkuğur Şahin from the Association of Turkish Sign Language Interpreters gave a speech titled "You are CODA, but are you an interpreter?" for CODAs.

After the events, the local partners of the project came together and evaluated the project activities. Dr. Rahim Sarı presented "Needs Analysis in Curriculum Development", while Prof. Dr. Ayşe Şirin Okyayuz and Banu Türkuğur Şahin interpreted the data collected in the R1A phase. Hasan Dikyuva evaluated the data for the R1B and R1C phases of the project. Before the closing session, Dr. Ülkü Kölemen made a presentation on "Determining Program Standards and Objectives".
